Nebraska Department Of Health Alcohol Treatment And Recovery; the Nebraska behavioral health system offers a full continuum of care for persons with mental illness and alcohol and other substance use disorders. Services are available throughout Nebraska and include crisis response, inpatient, residential and outpatient care. The goal is to help the person recover and build resiliency. Most programs accept insurance and Medicaid, and those without insurance may be eligible for Division of Behavioral Health funding. The Division works closely with Native American tribes and local service planning regions who contract with providers for an array of prevention, treatment and recovery supports.​
